Nnadozie is our senior Energy Consultant specialising in regulatory and policy analysis, tariff analysis, modelling, and risks analysis in the energy sector. He particularly has detailed expertise in the regulatory, economic, and financial aspects of the electricity distribution u tility business.
His current work focuses on supporting power projects within the on-grid and off-grid supply industries. In the time he has worked in the power sector he has supported over seven distribution companies with regulatory compliance, financial analysis, commercial due diligence, energy procurement bill audits, periodic impact reports analysing the state of the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry, drafting of agreements on metering, and the mapping of Disco network for franchising and providing support on franchising.
Nnadozie has also been involved in capacity building in the energy sector; developing and delivering utility training programs for junior management to executive levels and sector training for new entrants to build an understanding of the power sector.
He leads and is also a member of the team responsible for developing proprietary analytical tools used for assessing the financial and tariff implications of power for distribution companies, performance monitoring tools for utilities, audit tools on energy procurement and wheeling tools.
Nnadozie holds an MSc in Energy Economics and Policy from the University of Surrey, UK, and a Financial Modelling certification from the City University of London, UK.
